Asher Blue Patterson has lived a sheltered life. It's made him naive. He doesn't really believe anything bad can happen because he's always had a way out. There's very little romance in this one. It's dark & deals with a very disturbing subject. Read it at your own risk. The triggers are everywhere. The author understands that not all religious based organizations are run in this manner however, there are fanatics in every religion.

When the intro said trigger warnings, he wasn't kidding. I love this series, and can't wait for the next segment. This segment was ugly and gritty and showed the nasty underbelly of religious fervor. Parts were very difficult for me to read. It's terrifying to realize that places like Rocks Gate do exist. Fast-paced and well-written as this was, I'm looking forward to the next segment and hopefully at least a bit of happy.Product details

Joshua Erik Rossi has done it again....brought on the waterworks and made me begin threats for the next book. (He's the Master of Cliffhangers).
Rock's Gate will give you a glimpse into the reality of conversion camps and if you haven't already fallen in love with Asher Patterson, you will now.
This is not an easy book to read. Includes rape and confinement. But this has a great ending with a great surprise.
The story continues with Sam, Jory and Kane and Dex. Asher has gone back to his father and whatever plans he has for Asher. Set to attend a conversion camp he'd be in hell (understatement)
Of course I Loved this episode. I was sad that a camp for reconditioning exist even in a book of fiction. But they are out there in reality because there are small minded individuals who miscommunicate and twist religion to their ideaology. Glad Jordi saved them and can't wait for the next book. That meeting between Asher and Sam should be steamy. Enjoy the series! I want the billionaire to get tied up in the dungeon....please!!!
